Liquorday Refund Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Liquorday, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order in the event that the goods are damaged, faulty, or do not match the listing description. Please contact us with details of the issue, along with your order number, and our customer service team will assist you with the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we can offer a replacement product or issue a refund for the value of the returned goods.
Change of Mind Return
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will accept a return and issue a full refund (excluding the shipping fee) provided that the goods meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Still in their original packaging, unopened, unsealed, and in a suitable condition for resale.
- Still within the best-before date.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. Send the return to the address on the original shipping label and email us at support@liquordays.com with the tracking number so we can anticipate the return. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund. We may not accept returns if the items are damaged or incomplete.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process after approval. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For late or missing refunds, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@liquordays.com.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@liquordays.com and send your item to our return address.
Shipping Costs
For all returns, customers are responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
