Refund Policy

At Liquor Day, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that situations may arise, and we are here to assist you with our straightforward Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds policy.

Damaged, Faulty, or Mismatched Goods: Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or do not match the listing description, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team with details of the issue and your order number. Once we receive your return, we will promptly send a replacement product or issue a refund for the value of the returned goods.

Change of Mind Return: If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, we still want you to be happy. We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging, unopened, unsealed, and in a suitable condition for resale. Ensure the product is within its best-before date. Please note, the cost of return for a change of mind is not covered by us. Kindly send return orders to the address on the bottom of the original shipping label and email support@liquorday.com.au with the tracking number.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the items before issuing a full refund, excluding the shipping fee. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your funds to process.
